Calming Night — Aromatic Blend

A soft floral herbal infusion designed to accompany the transition into evening.
The gentle combination of lemon balm, chamomile, and lavender helps quiet the mind, relax the body, and invite a moment of calm before rest.

Blend formula

For 1 bowl / cup of infusion

(≈ 250 ml water)

Lemon balm — 1 teaspoon (≈1 g)
Chamomile flowers — ½ teaspoon (≈0.6 g)
Lavender flowers — ¼ teaspoon (≈0.3 g)

Total: ~2 g plant mixture

Pour hot water, cover, and infuse 7–10 minutes.

Quantity for a 3-week ritual

If drinking 1 cup per evening for 21 days

Total plant mixture needed: ≈42 g

Suggested blend:

• Lemon balm — 21 g
• Chamomile — 13 g
• Lavender — 8 g

Total: 42 g
